Make a joyful noise to the Lord, all the earth! Serve the Lord with gladness! Come into his presence with singing!

Psalms 100: 1-2

To each of the students at St. Paul Lutheran School, always remember, "you are the main character in your journey, therefore make it epic." Enjoy and embrace a year filled with love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. These nine virtues are evidence of the Holy Spirit working in your life, SOAR!

As students, parents and staff members we are all called to recognize God by worshipping him whole heartily as our creator and Lord. Psalms 100, tells us to make a joyful noise and serve the Lord with glee. It is also important that our hearts are filled with love, gratitude and Godly character throughout our daily interactions with one another. Treating others with Godly love impacts the joyful noise each of us manifest. Serving others with Godly love and humility reflects God's character and act of praise.

We are accountable for being responsible and efficient stewards of the gifts and talents that God entrusted and blessed us with. As children of God, we are expected to incorporate these by serving others. Serving others gives one a sense of purpose, fulfillment, joy and satisfaction.

Serving the Lord should be done enthusiastically with a celebrating spirit, serving with a cheerful willing heart. When making a joyful noise it may include singing, clapping, shouting with jubilee and other expressions of one's inner joy and love for God. Praising God enhances one's spirit, faith and it impacts a person's daily interactions with others.

St. Paul Lutheran Church School and school employees have been blessed abundantly by the St. Paul's Congregation. I personally would like to thank God and the church for blessing me with the opportunity to work with faithful servants at St. Paul Lutheran Church School, who have loving hearts!

God's blessings upon a fruitful year!
